For Orion Entertainment we created a custom work force management platform that lives in their existing tech stack. It helps the owners reduce their time spent staffing by creating a self-service platform for employees to assign themselves to open shifts. It also reduces errors when assigning staff, by allowing only qualified and available staff to be assigned to events.

In the end, this means less time spent communicating with staff through personal text messages and emails, instead routing through a custom interface designed to the business' unique processes. We deployed this without disrupting any of their operations, through a seamless hand off completed in a single day.

A mobile-ready staff portal streamlined availability selection, shift offers, and confirmations, giving all staff a single view for upcoming assignments.
